      Best Supervisor/ Best Company (in Par with Verizon where i worked earlier). Empathetic people who actually listens to your concerns and whenever they get a feedback from the client they make sure they pass it on to you without any ego or delay. (I only got positive reviews from my client) and they also highlight our areas of improvement to help us grow and improve technical and inter-personal skills. Moreover, when you are out of project, They give you 5 months or so to secure a new opportunity (45-60 days in bench + 3 months of notice). You need not panic - You can wait and apply for the companies you feel you are well suited for. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the Organization.

      Cons

      The only problem is lack of internal opportunities, If there were any I would still be with Luxoft. My guess is Since the DXC merger is going to be complete the internal opportunities will increase.

      - flexible remote work (minimum 20% in office monthly based) - flexible working hours - experienced colleagues open for help and support - big projects with important international clients

      Cons

      - poor people management, causing motivation drop - sometimes higher responsibilities than the assigned role - limited opportunities for internal promotions, with a preference for external hiring over developing existing employees.
