      Pros

      Good coffee and occasionally Pizza, fruits etc apart from these nothing good in this company.

      Cons

      -There is no value of resources. -IM program is bluff. - No value of talent. - Baised Environment. - No appraisal and hike -More than 20% Attrition. - no job security.

      Luxoft UK: not exactly a company

      Pros

      1. Tier 2 visa sponsorship 2. Relocation fee 3. Medical insurance 3. Relative job security due thanks to lots of projects in various companies

      Cons

      1. It's not an employer as such, it's just an intermediary that halves your rate in exchange for sponsoring your Tier 2 visa. Essentially you belong to the company that Luxoft has sold you to. 2. Every time you need a paper from your company it turns out you have a new manager, 1000 miles from you who don't know who you are and doesn't really want to know. HR department in UK is nothing but a disgrace even for an ex-Soviet company. 3. Forget about carrier, salary review etc. It's much cheaper for them to relocate another guy from Eastern Europe than to listen to your whimpers. 4. Job security is very relative because when it rains it pours on the job market. Overall, there is not much sense to stay with Luxoft if you are already in UK.

      Pros

      I can't find any. Really. Massive waste of my time. Writing this line to get 20 words minimum required by web app.

      Cons

      Long working hours. Old legacy projects. Blame culture. Low salary. Incompetent management. HR often unhelpful and hostile. No possibility to get rise at all after years of work even if client is happy.
