      Strong brand recognition, high quality developers, interesting community.

      Cons

      Classic engineering services firm loaded with long term Eastern European managers who are incapable of operating with modern management methods. High speed, high stress, low job security - your career follows your project.

      Good benefits: food vouchers, medical insurance, saving fund, PTOs, 30 days of aguinaldo, etc

      Cons

      When they decide to fire you, they treat you as if you were a criminal who wants to steal their computer equipment or information and as soon as you have your dismissal meeting they tell you to go to your door because there is already someone waiting for you to hand over your equipment. Bad experience in that regard.

      Pros

      If you interested in WFH, it will be better. Most of the clients are OK with it.

      Cons

      Very less projects, they hired me for hyderabad location. But there is no office here. If you came to bench, they will force you to relocate anywhere in the India. If not, they will terminate on same day. No hike this year. I came for onsite opportunities, but very less opportunities, even ZERO.
