      Pros

      Called Excelian. Alot of free time when are not working on a client project

      Cons

      No proper training. Sent you to clients to learn on the job, may as well work for client who will probably pay more. Nothing to show for short time working there. No functional structure for freshers

      Pros

      Working on automotive software and hardware for the head units of future cars.

      Cons

      They got rid of the "Lead Developer" role and fail to understand the automatic formations of heirarchies among developers. They try too hard to force things to be too "democratic", adding to the chaos of development.
