Pros

- Sometimes you can stick to some good project - Company covers relocation costs (tickets, luggage, visas) - Colleagues can be good - Benefits and salaries are just average (medical insurance, Multisport card)

Cons

- They don't have the office in the normal sense - you're working at customer's site - Because you're external consultant the customers treat you like a second-rate person, Luxoft doesn't care - If customer cuts your project - Luxoft will start with handing you a termination notice, no bench! - The management in Luxoft is overblown - No way to get raise or promotion even after couple of years

- Extremely easy interview - Nice relocation process (was relocated from Russia to Poland)

Cons

- Everything is project-dependent. You can have really great project with outstanding management and you can get low-priority project with awful management. - A lot of unqualified people that get high positions. The same goes to the management. Never ever I've seen so many Senior developers with the knowledge of Junior. - Low salaries (comparing to Krakow market)
