      - interesting and qualified people - quite vast choice of technologies - internal courses - internal mobility opportunities

      - salary does not meet expectation - sometimes incoherent or quetionable architectural choices - a lot of people seems to do the same job - lack of support for personal projects initiative

      Pros

      The relaxed atmosphere, flexible working hours, certifications that are sponsored by the company in certain terms. Fair evaluations each year, usually followed by some salary growth.

      Cons

      Somewhat boring after some time, there are a lot of projects available, but in the recent years some sort of chaos reigns in the new projects: everybody is new in the company, nobody know how and what is supposed to actually work. Wages are somewhat below market expectations.
