Relaxed pace of doing things in my unit. Many developers don't want to leave the place because "you need to work in other companies". May not be true for other units.

Cons

Bad quality hardware, especially screens. It is a swamp. Company doesn't want you to grow, it wants you be lazy to leave. It leads to very lazy people around you and overall looser atmosphere.
