      Good training programs, easy to learn, good methodology processes, team buildings, flexible hours, remote work

      Cons

      Salary, no lunches, not easy to relocate or switch between project if your project closed

      Pros

      -Flexible working hours -Good compensation -Good offices -You can move between projects, they have a lot. You can move to other parts of the world.

      Cons

      - Some clients can be awful ( Valeo ) in automotive is the largest . If you come from Conti, Hella, Bosch, think twice or get a very good compensation. - Management have many favoritism. - You can get assigned with dull roles, requirements, bug fixing, and others.
