      Pros

      - ability to have a flexible schedule - ability to work worldwide (business trips + relocation policy) - salaries are nice

      Cons

      - management strategy is a mess - focus are nearly 100% on project-to-project life but not developing strong shared expertise, as far as i see from my experience
