It was a good company years ago, but times change
Pros
+ If you are junior, you can gain your experience and work with big companies from the market + Corporate is quite big and relocation is possible, but not to rich countries, cause your salary would be ridiculous + If your line manager has some projects as garbage island, they could bill you some months on it, and you'll receive salary for this period as well. Tongue in a cheek!
Cons
- If you are not a junior, you will start too much talks with management - Luxoft can't push anything, is just a stupid platform, which takes large part of your salary to waster your time with unprofessional managers - Again, company can't do anything, I had an offer on internal mobility, which was rejected two weeks before start - Currently (year2023) lines of business mixed somehow and your line manager could be from another location and could be not interested in your project, and in your career - Hardly depends on the project, but my experience is 3 years with 0 bonuses. And reason is not on me, I have been raised every 7-8 monthes and now my position names an architect, but it doesn't matter. Remember, customers are the gods, and you are just a material to bill - With my expertise I'm a key person on the project, and currently I have a troubles with quitting the company, management delays the time. If you want to feel yourself like a slave, welcome to Luxoft - No chance to switch to another project easily as HRs would tell you, clients are gods, and they can schedule "client interviews" which could be more than 2 hours long
