      Pros

      Comunnication with customers ang collegues around the globe within company. Great, experienced team. Great managers ang managing approach (depends on project you working for) We able to choose technologies stack. Here we develop complex enterprise systems for wellknown customers. Great teambuildings. Company pay the price you cost.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is not easy to increase the salary. Some office spaces may be better: so modern in Poland/Vietnam/Moscow/St.Pete etc.. and so outdated in Omsk.

      - Boring projects - Unqualified employees - Lack of good customers - No challenges on projects - Staff turnover - Too many Indians - Poor management - Shame team-buildings

      Relaxed atmosphere, you can come to office after 14:00 (because customer is in NY where it is still morning)

      Cons

      1. Out-sourcing presents significant difficulties in communication with customer, e.g. 8 hours difference with customer in New York 2. No opportunities to grow professionally, no way to make design decisions, you are just delighted a coding task "please code this, please code that".
