      Pros

      I had the pleasant experience of working with great managers and highly skilled developers.

      Cons

      It's an outsourcing company, so most of the projects won't have full autonomy. Also, not all developers are as highly skilled as the ones i had the fortune of working with.

      Luxoft is a very big company, work environment depends on the team and the project. I was lucky to be part of Boeing projects, great team, amazing managers.

      Cons

      Sometimes priorities are not clear, you can be involved in multiple directions at the same time.
