Pros

I worked here for 2 years, atmosphere is appropriate and company focused on the employees wellbeing, salary depends on the number of projects you are working on. Colleagues were great and helped me when I had just started. Luxoft also provides necessary equipment, such as laptop and compensate for electricity when working at home. If you want to work in technology/IT, Luxoft is a good place to start

Cons

Unfortunately, the only factor which was awful was line manager. He tended to micromanage interns, give too difficult tasks and shout to the team. Despite he was master of his field, it was hard to deal with him. Besides, I assume that some interns were more privilege, as they receive more help and support from senior managers compared to others. However, if you are lucky enough to have healthy line manager, you will enjoy working here.
