      good salary, paid overtimes, some interesting projects

      your project can fall apart. But thats a drawback of all otsourcing companies

      positions can be good depending on which client you work for

      poor pension, no package that is competitive, bad to no line management, doesnt know swiss market and her sensitivities, really only interested in body leasing, and small sales efforts in Switzerland that is either mismanaged or not provided with adequate guidance, resulting in 9 out 10 leads essentially not being followed up
