      They offered more than I initially asked. I have experienced no delays in payment. Good customer. Good technologies on my project.

      Cons

      Teammates are not very polite. Same as management. Expect to get emails that will show you how much you are valued, realize that you are just a contractor, one of thousands. Most of internal trainings are outdated enterprise technologies. Be prepared that you will be asked to import security certificate in your browser and all your traffic will be scanned.

      Pros

      A large an dynamic company, Luxoft is a great place to advance your career fast. Opportunities are quick to arise, and if you are a hard working individual willing to step-up, the company will be quick to notice.

      Cons

      Things can get rather chaotic from time to time, the only constant thing in Luxoft is change. A frantically changing work environment can very well be a major stress factor.
