      1) Really good office and atmosphere 2) Salary and bonuses are good but it average to the market. 3) Work/life balance is good

      1) Work from home sometimes impossible 2) Environment Fully depend on the project and it is not so easy change it. 3) In most cases there is no opportunity for your career path
