      Lots of tier 1 specialists Some good practices and events based on the desire of the company to look like top one Possibility of a personal grows and career

      Cons

      Luxoft tries hard to look like a top tech company. However, looking and being is quite different. As a result, sometimes considerable efforts are being spent with close to zero results as all involved can see that what they are currently doing is fake.

      One of most interesting jobs you can find in Ukraine. One of the world leader in IT outsourcing. there are only five such kind companies in Ukraine.

      Cons

      Here people really work hard. You should permanently learn something new. If you are not capable to do fulfil your duties you will be fired.
