      Multinational culture. Lot of now-khow and knowledge. Fun. Salaries above average for the country. Office premisses class A located in convinient area

      As all big companies some changes happens slow.

      many opportunities for developers; own training center, a lot of different activities, technologies, programming languages

      very bureaucratic; does not exist common management style, conditions and comfort while working depends on the project

      Pros

      Relocation package; Different projects and internal mobility program.

      Cons

      Everything depends on project and your manager. Apprisals, educational programs, even employment decisions, literally everything depends on your manager. Internal mobility program is really slow. Basically you have to go and "employ yourself in another stream and notify everyone later".
