      Pros

      - decent salary; - most projects work with agile development methodology; - many different projects (and various); - most positions/jobs/projects are oriented towards Java and C programming (at least in Romania) - decent HR department; - they offer different training opportunities inside the company; - overtime is usually paid double or free days (depends on project / client)

      Cons

      - kind of crowded working environment for some projects (open space office for most employees); - most positions/jobs/projects are oriented towards Java and C programming (at least in Romania) - tight deadlines usually mean overtime (some working weekends/ etc.) - management is not that good in performance and efficiency (a lot of problems come from there); - ukrainians (as colleagues) are not very organised, are very combative and most times they impose stress on a team;
