      Pros

      Proactive and energetic team. Learning opportunities available to those who look for them. Interesting projects. Good place to learn about IT and recruitment.

      I am really enjoying my job here. At the moment, I do not have any particular concerns or cons. Let´s wait and see.

      Pros

      The best feature is internal ability, that is a possibility to switch project easily and even move to another country.

      Cons

      The main client is Deutsche bank whose projects are just normal investment bank projects with lots of bureaucracy, access limitations and such. Roughly 80% of the Luxoft stuff is working on DB projects.
