      A lot of positions in eastern europe. Free of charge internal trainings.

      Cons

      Low salary (salaries posted here are wrong and higher than actually you can have). You will work on vendor side, which adds a lot of specifics.

      Nice atmosphere, nice people , reasonable amount of tasks but the work is repetitive and a little boring. It is a nice place to work if you want to stay relaxed and to have slow but constant professional grow. Great place for entry level but not only.

      Salary is low. Sometime the work can be boring.

      Pros

      Quite large, stable company. Lots of projects for big international companies.

      Cons

      Senior management did not communicate clearly on their decisions. Lack of tact. Presence of "post-Soviet" style of management. Corporate culture is weak. Not much respect to employees. If you are not needed you can be fired fast with no explanation.
