      Pros

      Big company compared to to other Easter Europe IT outsources. Grows fast so you always have list of interesting opportunities and challenges. Pay better or same as nearest competition.

      Cons

      No common corporate culture (development culture, management culture), each account is a company in itself. Internal business process automation is poor which is a shame for software vendor.

      Flexible working hours Generally good salaries Good people Some projects are challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      Sometimes you might get bored depending on the status of the project or how overloaded the project is. There can be differences depending on the project you are working for.
