      Many different projects open many different opportunities. The company is constantly growing creating new projects and inviting new people. Among the benefits are paid medical insurance, sport club, training courses, parking.

      Cons

      Career growth is fast only in newly created projects. Otherwise it may take years to reach a new position.

      Great people and work environment If determined enough, you can learn a lot ability to work from home a lot of training courses growing company, great coworkers, good corporate culture (almost feels like a start-up sometimes)

      No bonus for performance - Low chances for promotions
