      If determined enough, you can learn a lot from the projects you are involved in. You can find some free time that you can use to extend your knowledge in the field.

      1) Hot projects 2) Friendly and proficient team 3) Independence in solving tasks 4) Comfortable working schedule 5) Medical insurance 6) Competent salary

      Cons

      1) People management is on the low level. 2) If there is coffee in the kitchen, there's neither milk nor sugar, or vice verse. If you get all of them together, you were definitely born under a lucky star. 3) Working on VMs makes me wanna kill myself sloooooowly. 4) More support and maintenance then real development.
