      Pros

      Working very hot projects, such as Dodd Frank Implemntation for Top Tier Investment Bank. Company has lot of technically gifted associates,so for every Analyst its good to be in such an environment as you learn some invaluable technical skills that can be later utilized both at current and in future jobs.

      Cons

      sometimes its hard to know who is your manager, manager at luxoft or the bank for which you are an assigned contractor.

      Might be a good salary, for investment bank projects especially There is 'rotation' system - it is available to change a project within the company after 6 months There is performance review once a year New projects introduced with moderate frequency Wonderful training center available

      Cons

      office sucks - poor air system, no sport except kicker medical insurance offered sucks - poor clinics
