      Good place to meet interesting people. Good place to gain experience. Most biggest and stable Company in Ukraine. Good place to meet old age.

      Due to Luxoft is mostly outsourcing company it has distributed teams Hard to prove you are not a monkey )))

      Pros

      Luxoft sells resources to multiple large companies so it manages the risk of one of them is a bankrupt. Also Luxoft tries to work on the delivery based model which is good though I was not lucky to participate in it. Finally, Luxoft has a good training practice.

      Cons

      Outsourcing company always make you feel you have more bosses than necessary and that the boss that wants your results doesn't pay you for them.
