      The company is good when it comes to opportunities. You get to change the employer after every 6 month if you don't like the client while you can change your location based on the available opportunities in that country.

      Cons

      The performance reviews are of no used as it won't be considered at all and you won't be getting any appraisal after year of hard work and performance.
