      Pros

      The team I was on had great people and did great work. The project was great until it ended. Pay was good and benefits ok. Company was mostly hands off as long as we did good work (which I believe we did).

      Cons

      Once the project ended, the team was let go and we got 0 severance. Many of the people had been working on the project for multiple years.

      I have to say I work for Luxoft a DXC company - I am ashamed and concerned that DXC has such a poor industry reputation No hope for advancement
