      Pros

      The Data Viz team is an awesome group to work in! Great flexibility of projects and the ability to learn many different tools in the space. The group encourages and supports a real team atmosphere which is pretty different when compared to other consulting companies.

      Cons

      Not many, although some of the available hardware used to complete tasks is somewhat out of date...perhaps an asset refresh would help. Granted, 90% of the work we do is cloud focused so its not a huge deal. Parking can be an issue sometimes.
