Pros

Actually nothing much to write in pros. Average salary on market, which is not a plus. Just mostly like any other employer on the market.

Cons

* The worst management I've ever seen - try to gt out of people as much as they can without corresponding compensation * Agile methodologies - is just a fancy word inside company, noone really knows what does it mean. Here is example - M - Manager, E - Employee. M - Please estimate this task. E - It will take 10 days. M - That is to much, should be ready in 3 days. E - But we are not going to be able to finish it in 3 days. M - It doesn't matter. * For every move - you need to raise a ticket * Most of projects are 7-10 years old, it is really hard to find interesting to task. * Even new projects for some reason like to stick to technologies that are 3-5 years old Definitely not recommend to anyone.

Pros

Smooth Induction - The induction staff was really helpful and provided great support for the induction. Relocation Assistance - The relocation was mostly provided by Luxoft and again the staff was helpful by providing peers whom you can contact. Environment - It depends on the client as well as colleagues from Luxoft.But in my case I got great colleagues and a nice project with great client. Package - Package was as per the market standard.

Cons

Relieving - You will be fired as soon as the client project is gone. The internal team will try to find projects for you but rarely you would score a project. Not enough interviews are given. No Clear Policies - You won't be communicated regarding the bemch policy. HR and relocation managers don't provide any information regarding it. Appraisals - The appraisal is not communicated even after the month it was supposed to be declared.

Pros

Only pro is internal mobility

Cons

My project was completed and I was forced to go to India and I was given no raise for 2 years.I informed them that my family is here in Singapore and I’m not willing to relocate.they are just a staffing company.HR is not a valid department.they informed me that they are splitting from DXC and becoming independent but that removes the advantages we have being part of DXC.they are being sold all over again and it creates an uncomfortable situation with lack of consistency.
