Cons
1. Everything depends on project. I had one with great team, management and technologies. Another one was terrible (I was able to change only one line of code in 3 months, all the time was wasted on environment support). 2. Mood monitoring exists but it's too rarely to catch an issue. 3. Management works with clients but never with developers 4. If client closes a project you may loose your job in Luxoft
