no salary raise at all even if you great on performance review if project end you moved to bench and then can be fired with pressure to leave by your own

1. Exposure to different banking/fintech projects. 2. Opportunities to learn while on client assignments.

Cons

1. Salary hikes promised (at least 7% yearly) never materialized — in 3 years not a single increment was given. 2. Job stability was marketed as a strength due to having multiple global clients, but when I was laid off after 3 years, I wasn’t even given a chance to be moved to another client/project. 3. Lack of transparency and support from management when it came to career growth or retention.
