      - they don't ask you to work overtime - decent wage - good colleagues - not that long meets

      Cons

      - you cannot work as a contractor - once you get your starting wage...you're set to that until next year when you can negociate which depends on the project you're currently working on. So don't expect a 15% rise if the funds are not there. - task descriptions are most of the time unclear. You waste a lot of time talking with various people trying to understand what you have to do - there isn't much room for improvement as a developer - expect to be just a tool and nothing more. You'll be passed around the projects and teams - if you are that kind of person who wants to push the mountains, very competitive and eager to be more than an average developer I would say this ain't the place for you.
