Pros
I liked that management was not breathing down my neck. The luxoft colleagues are really very helpfull no matter on what project they are. The hr department is reallt nice. You have the opportunity to get involved in more than just the project you are on. Basically it depends on you to find what you like doing. The conpany offers every opportunity.
Cons
What I did not like has to do with their learning opportunities. They have courses which is good, but these are like going on for weeks and while you are working on some project that did not sign off on that training, there are slim chances on studying that. Please change this.
