+ Good and agile working schedule + Skillful colleges + Many opportunities to learn + Many opportunities to relocate in different countries all over the world + lot of great and interesting projects and clients

Cons

+ Location in Moscow is not very good + Poor dining facility + small salary + super big open spaces in Moscow office(hard to maintain particular climate and so on)
