Pros

Good pay, good benefits, that's about it

Cons

Company makes their political affiliations very well known, and it is deeply integrated into the culture. So many of who I worked with were overly sensitive brats, and passive aggressive bullies. They have an "unlimited PTO" policy which sounds great in theory, but they have you track your time and you almost feel guilty taking time off. I'd rather just have an accrued amount of time I'm entitled to than having my manager having to work closely with me to make sure I don't abuse the unlimited time off. Promotions are basically non-existent.
