Pros

Great benefits, Free Lyft Pink membership, and you get to drive a bunch of different vehicles. You're off on weekends.

Cons

Company wants to employ as little staffing as possible without providing a remote option. Lyft also down-sizes without notice and then blames it on the company's inability to make target revenue. Also, the co-founders unexpectedly leaving the company does show a bad future outcome for the company.
