      Disorganized company with poor leadership

      Pros

      competitive pay, remote, and nice NYC office

      Cons

      Many of the directors have had to absorb departments (due to ~3 rounds of layoffs since 202) that they don't have any much experience in or interest in. There are tons of operational inefficiencies that lead to chaotic, unscalable, and redundant work. There is not a culture of ownership of work or commitment to make things better- and it shows.

      An ever-changing agile work environment with ample career advancement potential. Great benefits, good culture with an active approach to inclusivity.

      Cons

      It seems like every department is understaffed and people are overworked. Expect to work long hours regularly.
