Pros

Incredibly smart colleagues and a very collaborative environment. Challenging projects with a modern frontend tech stack. Management was supportive and genuinely cared about my growth. Great work-life balance and competitive compensation package. The company culture is positive and inclusive.

Cons

As a large organization, cross-team dependencies could sometimes slow things down. Onboarding onto the large, complex codebase took some time.

Pros

I get to drive when i want but lack the support of a real grownup company. Instead their support center is over run by incompetent hires for the lowest cost.

Cons

Their agents have no oversight so they are rude, end calls without providing relevant information to drivers and have no reporting mechanism so that they can be remove from the workspace, creating a toxic environment that lyft says they work hard at abstaining from, but go ahead and create the overall environment to fester toxicity.
