- Felt comfortable bringing up new ideas and felt like opinions were valued even at junior level - Coworkers and managers gave frequent constructive feedback - Work life balance was very nice

Cons

- No other women in my team or in chain of command throughout 2 years despite hiring 5 people - No 401k matching
