Business Outlook
Pros
Great balance of focus on client services and employee satisfaction. Good work-life balance. Great group of people to work with. Training is available in their niche technology offerings, but you need to ask about it (be vocal).
Cons
Contracts are mostly government so they are subject to government whimsy (shutdown). Not a large selection of jobs outside of Big Data and GPS. So if they bring you on for something else, you won't have many options in your field after your contract expires. Little opportunity for advancement. But that's to be expected, it's not a large company and they focus mostly on their niche.
