Pros

Lynker has a great staff working on a variety of innovative environmental studies and projects across the US. The scientist and engineers are knowledgeable and profoundly interested in the work they do. Management is constantly looking to expand the company's expertise to new and interesting projects. Relatively small company with an enjoyable culture and room to grow.

Cons

With the variety of projects and geographical extent of the staff there is room for improvement regarding the communication of knowledge/experience among employees to help promote collaboration on ongoing and future projects.

Salary is reasonably competitive Commute is great Teleworking/Remote working opportunities Role is strictly enforced There is a growth path and management wants to see you grow Employee stock ownership

Cons

Teleworking is a bit unbalanced in how it's enforced, though that is dependent on the role and position. Due to strict role enforcement, there isn't as much room for growth on the job. Instead, you have to go outside the company or using the company's internal channels
