Lyon Living just celebrated it's 30 year anniversary! What an amazing accomplishment for a private company competing in a fierce multifamily industry. The people and culture make this a great place to work. I look forward to helping this company grow and plan on working here for many more years to come!

Pros

Lyon Living just celebrated it's 30th anniversary, so I felt compelled to post something. Lyon has company culture that is 2nd to none. Between the open office (new within the last few years), positive energy and camaraderie, opportunities for advancement, major growth, and great leadership, I couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of such an amazing organization. I feel pretty lucky!

Cons

Given the positive energy in the office and the open culture (everyone is so friendly) sometimes it makes it tough to get work done. But shutting my office door helps that when necessary.

Lyon Living is a fantastic company to work for. The company has diversity and opportunities for advancement. It never feels like "work" when I come to work, every day I feel challenged and appreciated.
