The casual dress attire everyday.

Cons

Horrible management, especially in accounting. The CAO does not take responsibility for her department’s actions and points fingers and makes excuses. This place is the epitome of cronyism and nepotism.

Team members. I have the best team in the company, but funny enough, all of us tend to say this. It is because, we hire smart, fun and hard working people. We create a family with them and the culture promotes this, so we all become close and work for the common goal which is providing a close and fun environment both within the company and on our properties with our residents. Our CEO and Upper Management are very involved, they are extremely approachable and we are all encouraged to voice our opinions. Meet Frank Suryan only once and you understand why we have such longevity within the company and why we all feel like a family, his vision and approach to each and every one of us is nothing short of amazing.
