it is very quiet here

Cons

Every new lease which is every 10 months the rent was raised. thats 4 times in less than four years. I talked to two tenants that are planning on moving out because if that. Three others said they were upset because of the same reason. There verbal contracts when I moved in that were not fulfilled either that I finally had to take care of myself.

As an entry level employee, I was given a lot of responsibility and was able to directly contribute to the Accounting Department's objectives. There was a lot of opportunities for upward mobility and professional development. Access to supervisors was great.

Cons

Lack of collaboration between departments, segmented business policies.
