Pros

mediocre pay but that's literally it. their commission tier needs work and so do their morals

Cons

The company is a breeding ground for hypocritical individuals. The corporate office is a haven for mindless, money-driven fools solely fixated on the bottom line. Their façade of being an open-minded and accepting company is laughable; in reality, they're no different from the so-called "corporate suits" they claim to avoid. Promotions are handed out for backstabbing and lying, while on-the-job substance abuse is rewarded with raises. They systematically push away competent employees who genuinely care about their work, denying them promotions or raises through baseless excuses. The company also conveniently finds "legal" ways to perpetuate racism and homophobia in denying apartments or employment on flimsy grounds so it's not surprising that they've already been sued a handful of times and pay anyone off that tries to open their mouths.
