      Terrible work life balance, you will work the loading of 2-3 individuals without compensation, elders garbage dump on recent college grads, 75% of promotions have no or minimal pay increase, have to do much "networking" to be pursued for new role, Most ppl leave within 3 years due to being poorly treated and overworked by management. Dress code very strict. White collar approach to all.
