      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Job stability.

      Cons

      Overly lean organization. Most employees are overworked. Management expects employees to work outside of office hours to make up the lack of personnel. No opportunities of advancement within organization or site as everyone waits for sell to be completed.

      Hybrid work schedule, free gym at the downtown office

      Cons

      Highly political. Middle management don't care about employees' career development and only look out for themselves. Promotion are given to those that "play the game" instead of people that actually know what they are doing.
