      The management is terrible. Very little maintenance on equipment. The blame game is played all the time.

      Good benefits and pay Good environment Bonus Stock options Pension Some of the people there are very helpful and the training has absolutely improved in the past few years

      Sometimes difficult to move up due to competitiveness and difficulties standing out but all and good environment and the opportunities do present themselves
