      Pros

      Great place to work and meet new people. Challenging. CEO is good.

      Cons

      political especially in the senior and executive group. HR was no exception. If they like you then you are with the "in" group. If you have a bad manager, you're kinda up the creek. Managers have alot of leverage.

      Pros

      Competitive or above average salaries and benefits for long time employees. Not necessarily those who may have joined recently given the job market. Many nice, competent people.

      Cons

      It is a great place to work if you have a good boss/group. Because management accountability is top down/there are really no bottom up reviews, turnover can be high in some teams due to poor leadership/behavior.
